Narrative
Venture’s Supported Employment Program provides people with developmental disabilities (DD) the support and training needed to have personal growth and success in the workplace. This model helps people gain independence and self-esteem through competitive employment. We encourage them to work within their communities. We help develop new skills to aid them in their careers.
