LP Care Services LLC provides Shared Living,services to Adults with intellectual and development disabilities through Masshealth HCBS waivers.The program offers a safe,supportive home environment where individuals live with a trained caregiver who provides daily supervision,assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders,community intergration,and skill development.servives are individualized based on each person's service plan and are designed to promote independence,dignity,and quality of life in a family-style setting.
