Narrative

At Oasis Adult Day Health Center, elders and other adults with disabilities or medical or rehab needs can make friends, increase independence. They can receive the daily living supports they need to thrive in an enriching daytime setting.

We support people with a wide range of needs, including:

• Chronic illnesses such as diabetes and COPD
• Dementia
• Brain injury
• Intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)

Our caring staff provide a personalized mix of services and supports tailored to the needs of each person we serve. We help members of our local Spanish-speaking community.
