Narrative

Our Salem location provides group supported employment, individual supported employment, and community-based day services (CBDS) to adults and students with disabilities. We work in partnership with the Department of Developmental Services (DDS). Triangle, Inc.’s day services place a strong emphasis on community-based employment, giving all members an opportunity to earn a paycheck.

Workforce Development & Career Services

Triangle, Inc.’s Workforce Development team works with job seekers and inclusive employers to create win-win job placements throughout the North Shore. Our employment specialists are experts in providing skills and interest assessments, job search assistance, interview prep and coaching. Once placed, ongoing employment supports are given to both youth and adults. We also offer credential training programs for people entering competitive growth industries.
