Narrative

Autumn Hospice is dedicated to improving the quality of life through compassionate care for people and families facing an end-of-life illness.  Our staff of highly qualified doctors, nurses, certified home health aides, social workers, clergy, and volunteers work together with the person, family, and their own doctor. We help to make the final period of life comfortable and peaceful.
