Narrative

Our Child, Youth, and Family Division embraces a “Wraparound” system of care in our behavioral health services. By focusing on the strengths and needs of each family, our Wraparound approach increases a family’s sense of confidence.  We help them gain new skills for supporting their child’s special needs. People can accesses the necessary resources to build a supportive community network.

In a project overseen by DCF, case managers provide support and assistance to Latino families in the Holyoke area. Offers pregnancy & parenting support, child & family counseling and adoption & foster care services.
