Narrative

CO-OP's brain injury services include residential and day supports through CO-OP Milestones in Taunton and Milestones Cape Cod in Sandwich, including Community-Based Day Supports (CBDS) and job placement assistance.

Our residential services provide a comfortable and secure home life. We work on promoting independence and opportunities for rich life experiences. CO-OP’s knowledgeable staff also help people in achieving their goals for meaningful community participation in areas of personal interest.

Our services are approved through UMass Chan Medical School Home and Community Based Services (HCBS). They are available to eligible adults under the Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and Moving Forward Plan (MFP) waivers.
