Narrative
We are licensed by the state, COA acredited, to administer the Adult Foster Care Program (AFC program).
The AFC program is a MassHealth program. The program is designed to pay caregivers a monthly, tax-free stipend payment for caring for a friend or family member, living in the same household, who is elderly or over the age of 16 and physically or mentally disabled. Depending on the level of care that is needed, tax-free stipend payments to caregivers can range between $750 to $1500 per month through our agency.
