Narrative

Clarity of Mind Adult Day Program is a provider of quality care services in a secure and healthy setting. We hire highly skilled staff members who work towards higher standards to ensure that every expectation of our patients is met.

We prepare and serve delicious and healthy meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a healthy snack. Special diets are also accommodated. Our center is open from Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm. We also provide transportation services to and from our site.

We are currently enrolling members with Mass Health Standard and private pay members.
