Executive Office of Health and Human Services
- Department of Developmental Services (DDS) – provides assistance in job placement, transportation, housing, or intense levels of treatment, monitoring and care to those individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Department of Mental Health (DMH) – sets the standards for the operation of mental health facilities and community residential programs and provides clinical, rehabilitative and supportive services for adults with serious mental illness, and children and adolescents with serious mental illness or serious emotional disturbance.
- Department of Public Health (DPH) – has up-to-date information on public health and health care topics in Massachusetts.
- Massachusetts Commission for the Blind (MCB) – provides a wide range of social and rehabilitation services to legally blind Massachusetts residents of all ages.
- Massachusetts Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (MCDHH) – provides Communication Access; Training and Technology Services; Case Management and Social Services; Interpreter/CART Referral Services; and Independent Living Services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
- Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) – services include: Advocacy; Assistive Technology; Benefit Programs; Disability Determination Services; Education and Training; Employer Services; Housing; Independent Living; and Job Placement and Training.
- Soldiers’ Home Chelsea – provides quality health care services to Massachusetts’ honorably discharged war time veterans with non-service connected health problems.
- Soldiers’ Home Holyoke – is a multi-faceted health care facility available to eligible veterans of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
