Organization Narrative

Old Colony Elder Services (ASAP) provides in-home services that support the dignity and the independence of elders, allowing the individual to maximize quality of life, live safely, maintain good health, and prevent unnecessary or premature institutionalization. Area Served:  Abington, Avon, Bridgewater, Brockton, Carver, Duxbury, East Bridgewater, Easton, Halifax, Hanover, Hanson, Kingston, Lakeville, Marshfield, Middleboro, Pembroke, Plymouth, Plympton, Rockland, Stoughton, Wareham, West Bridgewater & Whitman.
