- Search online job boards, company websites, online or print newspaper ads. Check these sites more than once. Businesses often add new jobs. Employers pay fees to add jobs. It should not cost you any money to post a resume.

- Jobs Without Limits – a job board for job seekers with disabilities in Massachusetts
- Monster – lets you search for jobs by location, type of job, job title. You can also add your resume for employers to look at.
- BostonJobs.com – is for job seekers in the greater Boston area.
- Job Search Websites – has listings of general job sites that were collected by counselors from Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC).

- Talk to people you know and let them know you are looking for a job. People may be able to tell you about jobs or companies that you might be interested in working for or that are hiring.
- Check MassHire Career Centers and your local library for job search information. They may also be able to help with resumes and have workshops or job seeker groups.
- Look at the location of jobs. How far do you want to go to work? How will you get there?
- What type of job would you like? Can you do the job now or do you need more education or training? Does the job fit with your work history? What skills do you have that would be good for this job?
- Do you want to work in a large or small company? Will you work alone or as part of a group? How much does the job pay? What are the benefits like?
- Looking for a job may seem like work. Taking the time to do a job search and apply for jobs that match can help you find the right job fit.
